Intended use - read this before you install

Chesscheats is built for play against chess.com's built-in bots (Komodo, Maia, Mittens, Hikaru-bot, etc.) and as a study aid for the Trainer, Lessons, Puzzles and game-review features. In those contexts engine assistance does not affect another human player - it is the same posture as any chess engine GUI (Arena, Cute Chess, Lichess Analysis).

The software is not intended for use against human opponents in rated or unrated games. Doing so violates the chess.com Fair Play Policy and falls outside the scope of any warranty, refund or liability offered by Chesscheats. If you choose to use the tool against humans, you accept full responsibility for the outcome - including bans, ELO loss, and any consequential damages.

1. What Chesscheats is - and isn't

Chesscheats is a desktop application that uses a local Stockfish engine to compute moves and, when authorised by the user, play them automatically on chess.com.

Designed for:

• chess.com's bot library - Komodo, Maia, Mittens, Hikaru-bot, the chess personalities. Engine play vs. an engine has zero impact on a real player.
• Trainer, Lessons and Puzzles as a study aid - running engine analysis on training positions while you learn.
• Personal post-game review on your own archived games.

Not designed for:

• Ranked play against human opponents.
• Unrated games against humans where the other side expects fair play.
• Tournament participation.

The anti-ban features (humanizer, win-rate cap, mode rotation) exist to protect you in the rare case detection runs even on bot games - they are not an endorsement of human-play use.

Chesscheats is not: a magic shield that makes you invisible, a guarantee against detection, or a tool we recommend pointing at real opponents. The software is technically capable of playing any chess.com format - the software does not enforce its intended scope, and that is by design: it is up to you, the user, to do so.

2. The chess.com Terms of Service

The chess.com Fair Play Policy prohibits:

• Any form of engine assistance during ranked play
• Use of external software that analyses or executes moves
• Multiple accounts per person (alt-accounts)
• Manipulating your ELO (sandbagging or boosting)

Violations can lead to a permanent ban, loss of titles, and an IP-level block. Chess.com uses statistical analysis, behavioural fingerprinting, and move-time pattern recognition to detect engine use.

3. Ban risk: how real is it?

No bot developer can give an exact percentage - chess.com doesn't publish their detection statistics. What we can say from our own test data:

• Default Stockfish without modifications typically gets flagged within 20–100 games.
• Chesscheats with anti-ban enabled keeps accounts alive for months in our internal tests, but that's no guarantee for your situation.
• Risk increases with: higher win rate (>65%), longer sessions, consistently perfect play, and multiple accounts on the same IP/device.
• Regardless of the software: if an opponent reports you and a manual review follows, any bot can be detected.

4. What Chesscheats does to prevent bans

• Human move timing: think time varies by position - more time on critical moves, less on forced moves.
• Realistic accuracy: targets 80–92% accuracy instead of 99%, with natural blunders and inaccuracies.
• Win-rate calibration: forced-loss logic keeps your win rate in the 55–64% band.
• Mode rotation: automatic switching between bullet, blitz and rapid.
• Opening book: you play known openings instead of always the theoretical best response.
• Browser fingerprint matching: user-agent, canvas, timezone and input-device patterns kept consistent per account.

6. Our recommendations for safe use

1. Start on a secondary account. Test for at least 2 weeks before considering Chesscheats on a main account.
2. Play natural sessions. 30–90 minutes a day is more realistic than 8 hours straight.
3. Avoid rated tournaments and titled arenas - detection there is more aggressive.
4. Use the default anti-ban settings. The urge to disable them ("I just want to win") is the single biggest cause of bans among our users.
5. Monitor your win rate weekly. Spikes above 75% are a warning sign.
6. Don't switch device/IP mid-session.
7. If you get a warning email from chess.com: stop immediately. Pausing Chesscheats for 1–2 weeks can prevent further investigation.

Chesscheats is provided "as is" without any warranty. By using Chesscheats you confirm that you have read this page, accept its risks, and agree to use the software within its intended scope (chess.com bots, the Trainer, Lessons, Puzzles, and personal analysis).

We are not liable for:

• Account bans or loss of ELO, titles, or premium subscriptions on chess.com
• Bans, suspensions or any chess.com action that results from use against human opponents - this is explicitly outside the intended scope of the product and is undertaken at the user's own risk
• Consequential damages following a ban or detection (e.g. lost prizes, tournament entries, reputation, withheld prize money)
• Changes in chess.com's detection systems that make anti-ban measures less effective
• Misuse, including but not limited to: use against human opponents in rated or unrated play, multi-account farming, automated 24/7 sessions, or any operation that contradicts the Responsible Use guidance on this page

The 7-day money-back guarantee is voided in cases of confirmed misuse, and refund claims arising from use outside the intended scope (including bans during human play) will be denied. This is consistent with the EU 14-day digital-services waiver you accepted at checkout (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)).

Binding agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Provider. Sections 5 (Acceptable Use), 7 (Indemnification), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 16 (Disputes) contain important limitations on your rights and our obligations. Read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "Provider", "we", "us": the operator of chesscheats.com.
• "Service": the chesscheats.com website, the Atlas / Chesscheats Software, related dashboards, APIs, license-key infrastructure, Discord-linked features, and any optional add-ons (proxy, burner-mail) provided under a paid plan.
• "Software": the desktop application(s) (Atlas Chess Bot, Atlas Overlay, Burner Mail extension) made available for download under your active plan.
• "Customer", "you": the natural or legal person accepting these Terms.
• "Plan": any subscription or one-time purchase tier offered by the Provider (Overlay, Starter, Pro, Pro Yearly, Lifetime, or future tiers).
• "Intended Scope": the use cases described in Section 5 (chess.com bots, Trainer, Lessons, Puzzles, personal analysis).
• "Third-Party Platform": any platform the Software may interact with, in particular chess.com, on which the Provider has no control.

2. The Service

The Service consists of (i) downloadable Software for Windows, (ii) a license-management dashboard, (iii) optional residential-proxy provisioning, and (iv) optional disposable-email and chess.com account-creation tooling, depending on the Plan you have purchased. Provisioning of digital components begins within minutes after payment is confirmed.

The Service is intended for use as a chess study, practice and analysis tool against chess.com's built-in bot library and within the chess.com Trainer, Lessons and Puzzles features (the Intended Scope, Section 5). The Service is not designed, marketed, or sold for use against human opponents in ranked or unrated play.

3. Eligibility & Account

You may only use the Service if you:

• are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
• have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• are not located in, established in, or a resident of any country subject to a comprehensive trade embargo by the EU or the United Nations;
• have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license key confidential, and for any activity that occurs through your account.

4. License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and full payment of any applicable Fees, the Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single device per license key, exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use within the Intended Scope.

The ATLAS bot is locked to a hardware identifier (HWID) on first activation. The optional BurnerMail browser extension uses an IP-address whitelist with a hard cap of three (3) distinct IPs per key, intended to cover personal use across locations such as home, school, and a spare device on the same account. You may reset both locks from the dashboard at any time; the Provider reserves the right to throttle or block resets that are used to circumvent the one-device-per-key restriction.

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• copy, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law that overrides this restriction;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software or any part of the Service;
• circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security or license-enforcement features;
• use the Service to develop a competing product;
• remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices on the Software.

5. Acceptable Use & Intended Scope

The Service is licensed for use within the following Intended Scope:

• Practice and study against chess.com's built-in bot library (Komodo, Maia, Mittens, Hikaru-bot and similar non-human opponents);
• The chess.com Trainer, Lessons and Puzzles features, as a personal study aid;
• Personal analysis and review of your own archived games;
• Engine play against another local engine for research, content creation, or educational purposes.

Outside Scope. Use of the Software against human opponents in any chess.com format (rated, unrated, tournament, arena, or otherwise) is outside the Intended Scope. Where the Software is technically capable of such use, the Provider does not endorse it and does not represent that the Software is safe, lawful, or compliant with the chess.com Fair Play Policy in such contexts. Any decision to use the Software outside the Intended Scope is made solely by you, at your own risk, and on your own responsibility.

You agree, at all times, not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, including export controls and sanctions;
• engage in fraud, money-laundering, or any criminal activity;
• distribute malware or attempt to compromise other systems;
• infringe any third party's intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
• operate more than one license key on the same device or share your license key with others;
• resell, sub-licence, or otherwise commercialise the Service or any part of it;
• misrepresent your relationship with the Provider.

The Responsible Use page (/responsible-use) is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Customer Representations & Warranties

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Use page;
• you are aware that engine assistance during human play is prohibited by the chess.com Fair Play Policy and that any decision to engage in such use is yours alone;
• you accept all risk arising from your interaction with chess.com or any other Third-Party Platform, including without limitation account suspension, ELO loss, removal of titles, removal of paid memberships, withholding of prize money, and reputational consequences;
• any payment instrument you use is yours and you have authority to use it;
• any account or chess.com username you submit, or that we provision for you, is used in accordance with your obligations to chess.com and applicable law;
• you will not use the Service in a manner that exposes the Provider to third-party liability.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its successors, affiliates, owners, directors, employees, contractors and agents (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, fines, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Claims") arising out of or in any way connected with:

• your use or misuse of the Service, including any use outside the Intended Scope;
• any breach by you of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Responsible Use page;
• any action taken against you, your accounts, your IP address or your devices by chess.com or any other Third-Party Platform;
• your violation of any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right (including chess.com's Fair Play Policy or Terms of Service);
• any content or information you submit to or through the Service;
• any dispute between you and any other user or third party.

The Provider may, at its option, assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify, in which case you agree to cooperate at your expense.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and the Software are provided "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", AND "WITH ALL FAULTS", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. The Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted operation.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Provider does not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components;
• the Software will avoid detection by chess.com or any Third-Party Platform, or that any "anti-ban" feature will succeed in any specific case;
• the Service or its results will meet your expectations or requirements;
• any chess.com account, proxy IP, or other resource provided will remain available for any specific period;
• the Software is suitable, lawful, or safe for use against human opponents.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions the foregoing disclaimers apply only to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, use, savings, or other intangibles, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Provider shall not be liable for any chess.com action against you or your accounts, including without limitation account bans, account closures, ELO loss, loss of titles, withholding of prize money, loss of premium-membership status, or reputational damage; you acknowledge that such risks are inherent in your interaction with chess.com and are independent of the Provider.
• The Provider shall not be liable for the actions or inaction of any third party, including without limitation Stripe, NOWPayments, IPRoyal, Discord, Supabase, hosting providers, internet service providers, payment-card networks, or governmental authorities.
• The Provider's total aggregate liability for all Claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, regardless of the form of action and whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount actually paid by you to the Provider during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the Claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100.00).

Mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Dutch or applicable EU law, in particular liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Subscriptions & Billing

Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, except where required by mandatory law.

You authorise the Provider (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all Fees due, including renewals, taxes and any applicable fees. Failed payments may result in suspension of the Service after a grace period.

Prices are in EUR and inclusive of VAT where applicable. The Provider may change prices for future billing periods on at least thirty (30) days' notice; you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

11. Refund Policy & 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers normally have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. For the Service this right is waived the moment performance begins (e.g. when your license key is issued, your proxy is provisioned, or your chess.com burner account is created), pursuant to art. 16(m) of that Directive (digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal). You give that consent at checkout via the Stripe consent checkbox.

Beyond the statutory waiver:

• Discretionary 7-day money-back guarantee: refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase at the Provider's discretion, except in cases of confirmed misuse, breach of these Terms, or use outside the Intended Scope (including but not limited to bans incurred during human play).
• Defective service: if the Service is materially defective, contact support for a manual review. We will refund pro-rata in genuine cases.
• Crypto payments (NOWPayments): non-refundable by nature; payments cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain.
• Subscription cancellation: stops future billing; already-billed periods are not refunded.

12. Lifetime IP Fair-Use (12 months)

Lifetime plans that include a bundled IPRoyal residential proxy (for example the Lifetime Multi bundle, and legacy Lifetime purchases that shipped with a proxy) include that proxy for 12 months from purchase. After that period the proxy is no longer included; your software license remains valid indefinitely, but you bring your own proxy or pay IPRoyal directly (~€1.80/month). Software-only Lifetime plans do not include a proxy. This rule is reflected in the dashboard and you are notified 30 days before expiry.

13. Termination & Suspension

The Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy), if any payment is overdue, if continued provision of the Service exposes the Provider to legal or operational risk, or as required by law.

You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in Section 10. Upon termination: (i) your license is revoked; (ii) you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies; (iii) Sections 5–9, 14, 16 and 17 survive termination.

14. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, governmental action, sanctions, changes in law or regulation, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, denial-of-service attacks, third-party platform changes (including changes to chess.com's policies, anti-cheat systems or APIs), payment-processor actions, and infrastructure outages.

15. Changes to Terms

The Provider may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on chesscheats.com with a revised "Last updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, by email or dashboard notice at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the effective date and may cancel your subscription.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory negotiation. Before initiating any formal dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting support and providing a written description of the dispute. The Provider will respond within thirty (30) days.

Arbitration. If amicable resolution is not reached within sixty (60) days, any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Consumer rights. If you are an EU consumer and mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you a right to bring proceedings in your home courts that cannot be excluded by these Terms, that right is preserved. Otherwise, you and the Provider waive any right to have a dispute heard by a national court (subject to the arbitration agreement above) and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Use page, and any plan-specific terms presented at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and the invalid provision will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.
• No waiver. A failure or delay by the Provider to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without the Provider's prior written consent. The Provider may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of substantially all assets.
• No partnership. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and the Provider.
• Notices. The Provider may give notice via email, dashboard message, or website posting; you must give notice via the contact form.
• Language. The English version of these Terms is the binding version. Translations are provided for convenience only.
• No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for any person other than you and the Provider.

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

The Provider operating chesscheats.com is the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy. For privacy enquiries, exercise of your rights, or to lodge a concern, contact: privacy@chesscheats.com.

We are not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) given our scale and processing activity, but the privacy contact above is the responsible point of contact for all data-protection matters.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:

• Account data: email address, hashed password (managed by Supabase), display name, optionally a Discord ID and username if you link your Discord account.
• Payment data: payment instrument metadata (last four digits of card, country, expiration), payment-status events, and Stripe / NOWPayments transaction identifiers. The full card number is never seen or stored by us - it is held by our payment processor.
• License & activation data: license key, plan, activation date, hardware identifier (HWID) used for license-locking, last-validation timestamp, IP address at validation.
• Usage data: anonymous-or-pseudonymous events such as feature toggles, license-validation events, and application version, used for fraud prevention and product improvement.
• Software operation & diagnostic data: to keep the Software working and to detect abuse, it reports operational events to us. These are: (a) session summaries - number of games played per time control, results, time played, and rating range for a session; (b) status and block events - when the Software cannot continue and why (for example a daily limit, a dead proxy, or a region mismatch); (c) ban notifications - if chess.com closes a chess.com account you run with the Software, we receive that chess.com username and chess.com's own stated reason, so we can measure and improve safety; (d) feature-usage counts - aggregate counts of which features are enabled; (e) crash and diagnostic logs - if the Software crashes, the technical log for that session is uploaded so we can fix it (this may contain technical details of your run; you can switch it off in the Software's settings); and (f) a salted one-way fingerprint of the chess.com account e-mail you enter - a hash, never the address itself - used solely to detect one e-mail being used across multiple licenses. None of this includes your chess.com password or the content of your games beyond the summary figures above.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send via the contact form or email.
• Optional add-on data: chess.com username and proxy assignment, only if you opt into the proxy / burner-account features.
• Cookies & technical data: see Section 8.

We do not collect special-category data (health, religion, biometric, political, etc.) and do not intentionally collect data from children under 18.

3. Why we use it & legal bases

For each category of data we rely on one of the GDPR-recognised legal bases:

• Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): account creation, license issuance, payment processing, subscription renewal, support, fulfilling our obligations under the Terms.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): keeping payment / invoice records for the period required by Dutch tax law (currently 7 years), responding to lawful requests from authorities, complying with sanctions and DAC7 reporting.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): fraud prevention, security monitoring, abuse mitigation, license-enforcement (HWID lock), product improvement using aggregated metrics. We balance our interests against your rights and freedoms; you can object as described in Section 6.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): optional integrations such as linking your Discord account, opting into newsletters, and any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share data with (processors)

We use a small number of third-party processors who handle data only on our instructions, under written data-processing agreements where required by Art. 28 GDPR:

• Supabase - authentication, database, license storage. Hosted in the EU.
• Stripe - card payments, subscription billing, invoices. Stripe is data controller for its own anti-fraud purposes; data is transferred to the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• NOWPayments - optional crypto checkout. Data: transaction reference and order ID only.
• Vercel - website and API hosting. Edge servers may process requests outside the EU; logs are minimal and short-lived.
• Discord - only if you choose to link your Discord account; we exchange your Discord user ID and username with Discord under their privacy policy.
• Resend - transactional email (license-key delivery, password reset). EU/US, SCC framework.
• IPRoyal - only if you opt into the proxy add-on; we exchange the proxy session identifier with IPRoyal.
• Belastingdienst & equivalent authorities - payment-volume reports under DAC7 and similar tax-reporting obligations, where required.

We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.

5. International transfers

Some of our processors are based in or process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified), or another lawful transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16);
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17), except where we must retain it for legal obligations (e.g. invoicing);
• Restrict processing in specific circumstances (Art. 18);
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling (Art. 21);
• Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20);
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis (Art. 7);
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email privacy@chesscheats.com. We respond within thirty (30) days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure (for fraud / abuse review). You may request earlier deletion.
• Invoice / payment data: 7 years (Dutch tax-law requirement, art. 52 AWR).
• Support tickets: 24 months after the ticket is closed.
• License-validation logs: 90 days for security review, then aggregated-anonymised or deleted.
• Optional add-on data (proxy, burner account): kept while you use the add-on, deleted within 30 days of removal request.

8. Cookies & tracking

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to operate the Service: a Supabase session cookie (auth) and a small number of preference cookies (theme, last-visited page). We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies. No consent banner is shown because no non-essential cookies are set.

9. Security

We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS-only transport, hashed passwords (managed by Supabase), encrypted database storage at rest, role-based access control, and minimal-privilege service keys. We will notify affected users and the supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal-data breach where required under Art. 33–34 GDPR.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard message at least thirty (30) days in advance.
